Welcome to ORÉU. By accessing or using our website and services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. General

ORÉU is operated by Nana Furuki (Sole Proprietorship).

Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ORÉU.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products

All products are handcrafted, curated, or produced in limited quantities.

Slight variations in color, texture, or form may occur due to the nature of handmade work and photographic conditions.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY).

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import fees.

Payment is required at the time of purchase through approved payment methods.

4. Shipping

Orders ship from Japan with tracking and insurance.

Processing time: 3–5 business days

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination

5. Returns and Refunds

Return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORÉU shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Oita District Court, Japan.
