At ORÉU, each piece is carefully curated and handcrafted.


We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged during transit or the wrong item was sent.


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. After review, we will provide instructions for a return or replacement.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.


Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


We appreciate your understanding and support for handcrafted works.

 

**Return Timeline Clarification**

- General returns: Must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Damage or incorrect item claims: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs

**Refund Processing**

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

**Exchanges**

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
