All orders are shipped from Japan. We offer worldwide shipping with careful packaging and insurance to ensure safe delivery of each unique piece.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

All shipments include tracking information, which will be provided once the order has been dispatched. A signature may be required upon delivery for security.

Shipping costs are included in the product price unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. ORÉU is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

In rare cases where delivery to certain countries or regions is restricted, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs so we can assist you promptly.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at house@oreu.jp with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
- Brief description of the damage

We will review your claim and provide instructions for return, replacement, or refund.
